1956 Panel Truck

Rustic Patina Charm Meets Modern Performance

I’ve always wanted something unique—something with real character that stands out. The 1956 panel truck has that unmistakable rustic patina charm I love, but I didn’t want to give up the comfort, reliability, power, handling, and all-wheel drive I’ve grown to appreciate in my Cadillac Escalade.

So I thought—why not have both?

This project brings the best of both worlds together. I’m mounting the classic ‘56 panel truck body onto a 2003 Cadillac Escalade chassis. It’ll have modern fuel-injected power, big brakes, overdrive transmission for maximum fuel efficiency, and all the smooth handling of a modern ride—all wrapped in the weathered, hard-earned look of a true vintage workhorse.

Follow along as I transform this into the ultimate delivery rig—built to haul furniture, mastiffs, and turn heads everywhere it goes.
